Hyatt Place Omaha/Downtown-Old Market

The room was spacious, clean and smelled clean. The bed was very comfortable. Even though the hotel was full, it was very quiet. The free continental breakfast was not great, but they had good quality coffee. It was nice that they had chilled pitchers of skim milk, I think 2% milk and almond milk. Parking was easy, the location is great. It’s close to breweries, restaurants, coffee shops and a few neat, emporium like stores.its across the street from Hollywood Candy! What a cool store!||It’s about a 10 minute drive to the Omaha Henley Doorly zoo and aquarium.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend. We really enjoyed our stay here. The employees were very nice and helped us out when an issue came up with our room during check-in. They went above and beyond for us. Our room was very nice and it had a great view of the city, which isn't something we get to see everyday. The location is very convenient, too. I enjoyed being able to walk around downtown without having to drive anywhere. This place made our long weekend a great little vacation. The only downside to this place is that their parking garage is not secure. You can drive or walk into it with nothing there to stop you. If they are going to charge guests $25/day just to park there and claim that it's not their responsibility if your car gets broken into, you think they'd add som

Positive: The only good thing about the place is its locattion Negative: I did not like that the phone in our room did not work, the breakfast was mediocre, the main entree scrambled eggs two out of five days ran out and we had to sit for twenty minutes waiting for our breakfast.

This was a very nice establishment in down town area. Our room was large , spacious, clean and confortable with a great view of the city . Also, The beds were very nice and just what I needed for a great night sleep. I definitely would stay here again

Update: immediately after unpacking our bags from this hotel we found 2 bed bugs. The hotel seemed unconcerned when we called to report this. The bugs had to come from this hotel because they were on clothes that were zipped up in our suitcase all day while traveling. Room seemed clean but apparently not. So far we have only found 2 while scouring through all of our belongings. This has really but a damper on our road trip. Room was very clean and updated. The lady checking us in on 12/17 around 11pm at night was so friendly and welcoming! Parking in their garage is $25 a night but street parking was free until 9am so we enjoyed that. One of the elevators was down and the drinking fountain broken, but other than that no issues. I used the fitness center in the morning and it was clean (ha
