Hyatt Place Mystic

I came to Hyatt Mystic for a girl's weekend with my sister. It was perfect. The room is huge and very clean, and they have everything you need, The place was redecorated recently and they did a great job. Very chic and classy decor in the rooms as well as the lobby and all common places. Staff was great, location is so close to Mystic Village and downtown mystic. Breakfast was awesome. I want to do a special shoutout to the front desk staff (a woman -but I didn't get her name) She asked if I was a Hyatt member and I thought I was but I didn't have the number and she looked it up for me. Last-minute booking on my @TravelingDoulaNCS road trip. The room was HUGE! I'm not sure how old the building itself is but the room was definitely up-to-date. Appreciate that the bedding and pillows were allergy-free. Bed was comfy. Water pressure and temp spot on. Standard full hot breakfast options with plenty of seating. Very friendly check-in/out staff. Only thing which would've made it nicer, take away some of the huge living space to make the toilet/bath/shower room bigger as it was the only area that felt a bit cramped. Other than that, my stay was absolutely lovely and would highly recommend to others!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Mystic. Very nice and informative staff. The GM Steve, was very helpful. In fact, he even offered an extra night when we thought they were sold out. But we could not get out of a previous reservation elsewhere on such short notice. The room was clean and very well-maintained. The location was fantastic for seeing all of the area of Mystic. Very inviting location. Would stay again and will highly recommend. A lot of food choices are available in the area too..

Another wonderful stay at Hyatt Mystic. I look forward to my vacation from the moment I book the reservation. The staff is great. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are very quiet. The mattress, pillows and blankets are so comfortable. The towels and shower are wonderful too. I have stayed at several other hotels and inns in the area , yet this particular hotel has been my go to lodging destination for many many years. There is tremendous value here and you can not beat the location.
