Harbor View Landing

This luxury resort was absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous room with amazing views of the water. Reasonably priced during peak and off season. Just spent my anniversary here and we will be coming back for future occasion. We stayed in the Block Island Cottage and will be checking out other cottages on future trips. The owners had great communication and even let us know that we were able to check in earlier than 3pm if we would like to.

Stayed in the "Block Island" Cottage, and after a long travel day, it was the perfect arrival! I arrived at night so I wasn't able to get the full experience, but finding the property, parking, finding my cottage, and getting was a BREEZE! When I woke up in the morning I was greeted with lake side views and Deb even gave us a quick tour of "The Patriot", the house boat accommodation (if you find it available I would book this experience) since we were hoping to stay on it, but it was booked out months in advance. Absolute GEM in Mystic and a MUST STAY if you're visiting the area.

It's super easy to get to Harbor View Landing, right near downtown Mystic, and it's only a quick trip to the casinos or Newport, perfect for day trips. The place is spotless, and they have all sorts of cottages to pick from. They have fire pits, bikes, kayaks, and lawn games too. The cottages are awesome, with beach towels, blankets, and even a free bottle of wine. Everything is really well thought out. I was shocked the train wasn't a problem; it's so fast and past the property before you know it. So, don't let that stop you from staying there. Basically, it's a great spot for a party, wedding or a weekend trip.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful location right on the water. We stayed on the first floor of the bluffs and it was IMMACULATE! Had we known we had a family or people above us we may have looked for a single home on the property but we knew it was a possibility when we booked so that’s on us. We used the fire pit, bikes, and took advantage of the amenities for our one night stay. Our kids loved it too! Cleanliness is key for me, so this was perfect! Our only negative is the train going by did wake us early and maybe some room darkening shades would be great in the bedrooms. Otherwise, perfection! I hope to return and will bring a noise machine next time!

My husband, two kids and I stayed in the Martha's Vineyard cottage for 2 nights and we had a great stay. The cottage was very clean, had a great layout and the little kitchenette with the mini-fridge, microwave, coffee machine and cutting board/knife was great to have. The deck looking out onto the harbor was very nice and we enjoyed walking around the property, using the hammock and checking out the north dock. The complimentary bottle of wine was a really nice touch and was delicious. We are sad we didn't have time to enjoy the firepits.
