Hyatt Place Dallas/Park Central

Perfect for the stay I needed. It is in a good location, close to 75, and 635. Easy access to get to the Shops at Park Lane and Northpark Mall. Area was quiet and felt safer than I expected for Dallas area. Room was clean and super comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when I am in town. They were doing construction in the lobby area but I didn’t mind. Still a nice hotel to stay at.

I stayed at Hyatt Place Dallas/Park Central and had a great overall experience. The hotel is very close to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center and conveniently located right off the highway, which made getting around easy. I’m just starting to stay at Hyatt properties after mostly staying with Hilton, and I have to say I really enjoyed it. I loved the living room–style layout of the room, which made it feel more spacious and comfortable. The room itself was clean, roomy, and well laid out. The staff was pleasant and welcoming throughout my stay. I’m pretty picky when it comes to hotels, but this location definitely met my expectations. Overall, it was a solid and comfortable stay.

Positive: The location was great and the staff was excellent. Negative: The elevator needs to be fixed. The ac was out in the lobby. The calking needs to be updated in the bathroom. This was to the point I didn’t shower the entire time I was there. I used handy wipes instead. The Hotel could probably use a redo.

This hotel has been recently renovated. We were concerned as we read some bad reviews that were posted during renos. We kept our reservation as it was the location we needed - and we are very happy we did! Our room is renovated, beautiful, clean, spacious and well layed out. Front staff excellent, secure free parking wonderful, great access across from Costco and access to 75 and 635. The room is clean! Most important. Some minor glitches like one elevator out but minor. For the price and including breakfast we would definitely recommend and stay again.

I spoke with the front desk representatives as well as the general manager regarding a booking issue I experienced, and they were all polite, responsive, and truly eager to help. They treated me with the utmost respect and went above and beyond to meet my needs. I sincerely appreciate their professionalism and excellent customer service.
