Hyatt Place Dallas-North/by the Galleria

The hotel is located conveniently next to my customer. Didn't make a lot of impressions at first. Felt a bit outdated. Taken as "fine..." but was really great. Helpful staff. Gave me the room I wanted. Very decent size room. Comfortable bet. The shower was awesome, standing up with great water pressure. Houskeeping daily. Desk a bit smallish...TV is great and large. You can project your Andoird. Quiet. Great value. Will def come back... next week :-)

Wonderful. Highly recommended. The staff are very friendly, morning staff and night staff, all were wonderful. The room was spotless. They did a great job cleaning. Furniture is nice and modern. The breakfast is also generous. It's very nicely spread out with menu options. I especially enjoyed the cinnamon toast. Great coffee as well, with a naturally sweet taste. Highly recommended!

The rooms were an absolute delight. Spacious, clean, new and the design of the king bed room was so good and comfortable. I would say the reviews don't do justice to this place. They deserve min 4.5 star. The parking was really safe. I parked overnight and had no trouble. Overall one of the best rooms I've been. Thanks Hyatt and team.

Positive: The room was clean and spacious and they offered breakfast. Love Breakfast hours 7-10 Negative: Breakfast should?ve included turkey sausage instead of hard cooked turkey bacon & grits. Handed room keys w/no directions to rooms, amenities or parking upon arrival. No air in Hallway/elevator. Staff wasn?t very friendly. No receipt at checkout..

it was much better than i was expecting. i normally stay at the sheraton close by but this place was cheaper, the room was nicer and more spacious. had the couch as well, just more space which was nice. my only comment is that the area to get breakfast is kinda small so it gets very crowded very easily in the mornings during that short time frame and there arent enough tables. it was hard to find a place to sit and eat that was not already occupied and if the table was not occupied, then it wasnt clean since other people may have just left that spot.
