Positive: The staff members were all amazing! They smiled to the point of making me and my guests smile! Negative: The sheets on the pullout couch did not look the cleanest. It may simply be that it had not been used recently and debris had fallen through the cushions.

I will not stay here again. I came for a 3 night business trip. My room was clean and comfortable. I neglected to notice before booking that the rooms have no microwave, an irritating way for them to attempt to funnel guests to their restaurant. But the dealbreaker is the room's unusable internet. I had to use my iPad hotspot the whole stay. It's 2025, not 1995; wifi is expected at decent hotels, especially for business travelers. The clerk told me the company was aware of the problem long term and go to the lobby and work. No thanks; I'll just find another hotel next time. And don't advertise free wifi if you can't deliver 🫤

I don’t think I would recommend this hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again. It has all the basic needs, I just thought Hyatt was a nicer hotel. The room size was nice but the bathroom in our room was dirty with mold on the bath mat. The dresser wouldn’t stay closed and with young kids I was concerned with it falling over with the drawers not staying shut. There’s no water dispenser from what I could tell in the hotel so expect to buy some water bottles. There’s also no waffle or pancake maker for breakfast that we told our kids about, I thought that was in every hotel that offers a buffet breakfast but I guess not. The pool was fine, the staff brought out more towels while we were out there. Overall the staff was friendly but I honestly couldn’t tell sometimes who was staff and who wasn’t with

Staff was sooo nice! The front desk employees are extremely polite! The internet was absolutely garbage in the room. Worst I’ve seen in years in a hotel.. the tv was impossible to navigate and from what I can tell, it had like 10 channels at the most and two of them were frozen. The tv was also a huge fail with the mount. It’s angled up to the ceiling and can’t adjust. Not sure how the rocket scientist who installed that thought it was ok. This would stop me from staying here again, but staff was amazing, and room clean.

Horrible place! No toiletries, no ice, no water, no working USB plug, no WiFi. Called front desk about USB plug. She had an extra clock with a plug. Went down with my cord to see if it worked. It did, but I couldn’t bring it back to my room until I came back up and brought her the broken clock. Couldn’t get it disconnected, went back downstairs to tell her if she wanted it, she’d have to come get it. She came up to my room. Also couldn’t get the clock disconnected. Had to unscrew something on the back of the broken clock before I was allowed to have a working clock. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere but here. I will never stay at another Hyatt Place again.
