This hotel offers clean rooms and a friendly, attentive staff. I arrived earlier than expected, but Samantha was able to get me checked in quickly and did so with a very pleasant demeanor. After settling in, I took advantage of the well-equipped fitness center and got in a great workout before dinner. When I discovered the remote batteries were dead, Antais promptly resolved the issue. He was the most professionally dressed staff member I encountered, and his attitude was even more impressive. The room’s air conditioning worked perfectly, and the shower had excellent water pressure and temperature. Breakfast options were plentiful and allowed me to start the day feeling full and satisfied. Hotel shower area was not clean at all! Mold in the corner and under the shower door. Previous persons hair in the shower and shampoo stains on the wall. This hotel was decent other than the bathroom showers need serious cleaning and updating. ||||Oh, also paper thin walls, I could hear the people next door and in the hall as if they were in the room.

Family stayed here recently to escape the Ice in Oxford. Hotel is very clean and just what they needed. Antais is an extraordinary young man and was extremely helpful their entire stay! Highly recommend staying here based on hospitality alone! 5 ⭐️

As a Hilton honors member I’ve stayed at this location twice recently. I’m disappointed that the rooms have a limiter on the thermostat. You can only go up to 75 degrees during the cold season. This is my second time staying in a room that is unpleasantly cold because the heat will not stay on. I don’t need it on 80 but when it’s 30 degrees outside a 75 degree setting isn’t working. Also now this same hotel keeps all doors including front entrance closed 24 hours a day. Now you have to use your key to get in regardless of the time of the day which is also inconvenient. It appears front desk staff was given a script to repeat to other customers who are also complaining about this. This is my second time and most likely my last if they don’t get this resolved.
