Hyatt House Parsippany-East

Positive: Nice staff, clean, convenient location to major highways. Negative: I didn’t see the parking fee when I booked so it was kind of a shock. Considering the location (not near attractions or airports), I’m not sure why a parking fee was needed but $15 wasn’t too bad.

Hyatt House Parsippany was the best place we could have chosen to have our wedding Hotel Room Block. We worked primarily with KeriAnn to help coordinate for the weekend of our wedding and she was so thorough and detail oriented. She was incredibly communicative and made sure we went through all the nuances of our wedding weekend with a fine toothed comb. The rooms themselves were beautiful, clean, modern & spacious. We used Gathering Room 1 & 2 the day of the wedding for myself & the bridal party to get ready in with the hair and makeup artists which was more than enough space to accommodate everyone. We were able to access the space early in the morning and the hotel even provided a complimentary hotel room next door for us to use to store our stuff, use the restroom and take photos in. T

I had a wonderful experience at this Hyatt location, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Ms.Bhumi at the front desk. She made me feel warm in a foreign land. Ms.Bhumi was professional, warm, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay started off on the right foot. It’s not every day you encounter such thoughtful hospitality. Highly appreciate her help!

We were in town for a family event and were very pleased with Hyatt House. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Our room had a full kitchen which we'll utilize during our next visit; we were out and about this weekend, so we didn't get to use it. Breakfast was very good and had lots of options.

Rooms are pretty good and all these 3 stars are for room quality only. Rest everything is just below average here. Breakfast spread is terrible, there are no as basic as dental/shaving kits available in the room and we need to buy those. Drinking water is chargeable too. Hospitality in general is below average.
