This hotel was 50% cheaper than any other in the area. First major issue: they are making photo copies of credit cards. Absolutely opening customers up to credit card theft by doing that. While not illegal it does violate PCI rules. I told the front desk manager I did not want my credit card photo copied like that and he agreed and shredded it. Next issue... its winter and when we got to our room the heat was turned off. It was 57 degrees F in our room (see photo). Freezing! We turned the heater on to 70° and only cool air blew out of the heater. It took around 6 hours to warm up to our desired temperature and we were basically freezing in the room all night. Check in clerk didn’t say much. He informed us that the card reader didn’t read American Express cards. Having no other card and only cash, we paid cash. He then said the room was a smoking room. We don’t smoke, but it was only for 1 night. || Driving around the hotel to get to the room was insane. Unkempt man walking in the middle of the small driveway made the journey long. The door to the room had weeds growing in front of it. The room was filled with peeling paint, a rusted out microwave, a filthy toilet, a cracked jacuzzi, and furniture that was peeling with mold growing on the wood inside. The inner courtyard was overgrown, strewn with garbage and used condoms. || We brought our stuff into the room and attempted to clean the place, but it was way too filthy. The people linger

I booked this hotel based on the photos shown on the website. The room advertised looked modern, clean, bright, and comfortable, with a large bed and updated furniture. Unfortunately, the room I was given upon arrival looked nothing like what was advertised. The actual room was very old and poorly maintained. The walls, door, and furniture were visibly worn and dirty. There were insects in the room, which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. The overall cleanliness was far below basic hotel standards, and I did not feel relaxed or comfortable staying there. It honestly felt like a bait-and-switch: beautiful, clean rooms shown online, but once you arrive, you’re placed in a much lower-quality room that clearly doesn’t match the photos. Positive: Nothing Negative: Yes.On arrival at my room, we realized that the lock in the room wasn’t working, we went back to the front desk , told the receptionist and all he had to say, was I don’t have anything else. We left that night, they refused to refund us our money.

The hot water in our house froze so we booked two nights here to use the shower. The bathroom was great. Super clean and huge. The water pressure in the shower was so strong. The room itself was not bad at all. We obviously didn’t stay but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. If you’re staying here it’s right next to Fuddruckers on 46.
