Embassy Suites by Hilton Parsippany

The tub in the room is very slippery. I fell and my husband fell and he had to go to the Er. He wrote up an incident report and when he asked for it they "lost it" he needed it for work. When I looked up if coffee was available. They stated its free in the lobby. When I asked about it. They laughed and said you need to purchase it. We haven't had free coffee since Covid. But it was on your app. Breakfast was ok. Not the greatest. To use the pool you needed reservations. For the bathroom. They have liquid soap. You can not get bars of soap there even if you ask. The bed was nice and the desk was nice. The couch had stains on it and crumbs underneath. The in room coffee maker had a a slimy film in the water section. So no I did not use that.

Nice hotel for the price. The hotel is definitely starting to show it's age and could probably use some room renevations. The pool is also very outdated. The scenery inside the hotel is very nice though with all the foliage throughout. The breakfast was awesome with an omelet bar too! Would stay again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Save yourself the headache. The hotel itself is older but looks nice. The atrium is pretty but the design itself is problematic having all rooms open to the atrium and you hear everything such as children running the halls playing tag ALL NIGHT long or adults who are sitting outside the bar/ breakfast area's table and chairs on the 1st floor sitting there drinking, getting drunk and progressively getting louder. They have security on site to enforce the non existent "quiet hours" starting at 10 pm. However, they are just watching all this happen not doing a thing to stop ot. This happened every single night of our 6 night stay. Not to mention the worst issue is having to walk through the front door into the hotel with my child after a day of sightseeing having

This was our second time here and we had just as good as last time. You could spend all day at the hotel alone withthe absolutely amazing breakfast, the pool, the nice atrium to walk around, and the evening reception with drinks and good snacks. We especially loved our first night's snack options as there was an extra variety. The lovely woman who cooks the omelettes and other breakfast food is an exceptional cook! The room is so nice too, having a separate bedroom, especially if you have children. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I have been staying here at the Embassy Suites for 8 months now. The stay here so far it's absolutely wonderful, the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. For dinner and drinks we visited the hotel bar & restaurant. This was an incredible experience, the food and drinks absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. The atmosphere was comfortable and everything was great, we were not disappointed. Our stay was truly memorable and exceeded all our expectations, not only have we all become friends, they are more like family!
