We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Homewood Suites Parsippany! The hotel is newly renovated, spotless, and beautifully maintained, making it feel fresh and comfortable from the moment you walk in. The front desk staff truly sets this hotel apart. Naomi and Justin are always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and more than willing to help with anything you need. Their kindness and professionalism made every interaction a pleasure. One of the most comfortable hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the cleanliness was outstanding. Honestly had a great stay here. The staff were super nice and helpful the whole time and made everything really easy. Check-in was smooth, and anytime I needed something, they were quick to help without making it a big deal. The pool was definitely one of the best parts. Clean, not too crowded, and just a really chill place to hang out and relax. Spent a lot of time there and never felt rushed or bothered. Overall just a really good experience. Comfortable, relaxing, and worth it. I’d stay here again for sure.

Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, and the bathrooms were poorly stocked with essentials like soap, requiring us to call for basic supplies. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations for the price paid, leading to a less than satisfactory stay.
