We had a wonderful stay here. The room was comfy, quiet and spacious. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast lady was awesome, and the waffles were delicious. The hot tub was a bit cold on the first day (maybe because of the rain), and after talking to the front desk about it they turned it up. Would stay here again.
My husband and I were in Dallas for vacation, and decided to stay here for convenience, price and location-we chose well, as this hotel is a gem! For four days we needed room to spread out, so we booked the studio Double Suite- 2 Double beds, sectional with kitchenette. It was clean, the beds and linens were comfortable and everything that we needed to use worked fine. ||We were on the 4th floor facing the street but it wasn’t noisy. They have an onsite self-parking garage, which was also a factor for us staying. The rate was a deal @ $30 a night compared to other hotels in the area, and without the hassle that valet can be at times. Each garage level corresponds to a hotel floor, so once parked you can head straight to your room. ||We ate the complimentary breakfast 2 of our 4 days there
We booked a two-night stay at Hyatt House mainly due to its close proximity to AAC, but we left with a good impression! We had a studio, which was stocked with utensils and cookware, a full-size refrigerator, and a dishwasher. There was a pullout sleeper and a bathtub, too. Room for 3 people comfortably. We also enjoyed the fact that the garage was connected per level, so we could easily drop-off things. That alone was worth the parking fee. Some of the staff were more helpful/kind than others. But no real problems. Would stay again!
Positive: Great waffle maker at breakfast -- she was very cheerful and attentive (although I did not have a waffle) Negative: My first room was not acceptable. There was a strange air purifier box on a table and the bedroom lights did not work and it was close to the street and very noisy.
The hotel was just lovely! Derrick who checked me in was so beyond kind and helpful and even offered to help us with restaurants in the area if we needed. The bar was lovely and had a great time grabbing a drink after the hockey game. Walking to the arena from the hotel was super easy! The room was incredibly spacious and smelled wonderful. Bed was comfortable. Tammy down in the breakfast area was the sweetest hostess ive ever had the pleasure of interacting with at a hotel. Absolutely lovely stay and I will definitely come back next time im in Dallas!!!
