Hyatt House Boston/Waltham

I had such a great stay at Hyatt House Boston/Waltham! The whole place was clean, comfortable, and had a really chill vibe. But honestly, Luke is what made the stay amazing. He was super friendly, helpful, and just genuinely nice from the second I walked in. He made check-in easy, answered all my questions, and made me feel really welcome. You can tell he actually cares about guests having a good experience, which makes such a difference. Big shoutout to Luke — he’s awesome. I’ll definitely be back!

After spending over two months at the Hyatt House Boston/Waltham, I can't recommend it enough. For both business and vacation travelers, the central location is unbeatable. It was an easy 20-30 minute trip to downtown Boston for activities, and we were close to Salem and the peaceful suburbs, perfect for watching the leaves change. The staff is truly what makes this hotel special. The front desk team was exceptional, attentive, and proactive. They always had a genuine smile and made us feel welcome, even remembering our names. Their outstanding service and helpfulness made this long stay feel like a home away from home. Very comfortable and convenient hotel. The kitche area was perfect for a 14 nights stay. Great staff and location! Breakfast was good, but can improve. There are good restaurants close to the hotel. I recommend this place if you visit Boston area. 30 mins from Boston downtown.

The service and hospitality at this hotel was amazing! Abraham at the front desk reception greeted us with attentiveness, professionalism, and warmth. The staff attending to breakfast accommodations really put their best foot forward in serving us amazing food! The rooms were clean and well maintained. Our family looks forward to booking again!
