Best Western Plus Waltham Boston

Had a great stay here last month. Have stayed here at least a dozen times when I am in Waltham for my appointments. The hotel is quiet and clean and has every amenity you will require. The in-house restaurant is great. The staff, management and housekeeping, are always customer friendly to deal with. Lisa Delorme, Ruth St. Louis, Sam, and Emerson are part of the team that makes life easy for the lodging part of my trips. I look forward to seeing them at Best Western Waltham on my next visit to the area.

Affordable vs competition in Boston area. Very accommodating staff & manager! Older hotel with renovations. On site full menu restaurant convenient but a bit pricey (not run by Best Western) Buffet breakfast included & standard for 3 star hotel Tasty coffee options available 24/7. Comfortable beds. Internet worked well in room less so in lobby etc. Would stay again, good location .

Pathetic experience! The staff at the check-in counter was extremely unwelcoming. The bed was in terrible condition. Both my wife and I developed back pain, and we eventually had to visit a chiropractor. The mattresses are very old, with springs completely worn out. There was no water in the shower in the morning. I called the front desk three times, and each time they showed no urgency, simply saying it was being fixed. After waiting for 3.5 hours, I had to check out without being able to shower. There was no coordination between the front desk and housekeeping. Due to the water issue, the front desk extended our checkout time to 12:30, yet staff began knocking on our door at 11:00 a.m. insisting it was checkout time, which was extremely annoying. This hotel was perfect for our family. The staff was very welcoming, and Zee at the front desk was incredibly patient and sweet. She found our reservation quickly and treated us with such professionalism. The room was clean, and I would definitely return just because the front desk agent was such a gem.

If the beds were more comfortable I’d give full stars, staff was awesome and kind, food was amazing for breakfast, and the pool was warm and fun and the rooms were great size, maybe a bigger mini fridge would be nice but otherwise very nice rooms! We stayed 3 nights and the only complaint was the beds, again very delicious breakfast!
