Courtyard by Marriott Boston Waltham

Excellent Hotel and staff were very nice but what was the most impressive thing was the assistance they offered after I had left! I left something important in my room and they were so efficient in their response, posted it (internationally), there was a mix up re customs and it ended up being sent back to them and they posted it again-free of charge. Really helpful responses from Erin, Dan, Grace and Kaitlyn-thank you! Would highly recommend

I had a great stay at the Marriott in Waltham and was very impressed, especially after relocating from another nearby hotel. The room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable, with no odors or maintenance issues. Hot water was consistent, everything worked as it should, and the room felt solid and quiet — exactly what you want when traveling. The staff was professional, efficient, and accommodating, and the overall experience was smooth from check-in to checkout. I stay in this area often and have been to most of the nearby hotels. This Marriott stands out as a reliable, high-quality option, and I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff is very helpful and very friendly. Location is very close to the business park and they offer a free shuttle service. While the rooms are clean, they are looking worn, especially the bathrooms and room carpeting. They no longer stock lotion in the bathrooms.

I have been impressed since I checked in. Very nice and very clean rooms. Staff is exemplary and very accommodating. My only slight negative is Bistro downstairs food is very expensive and if servings and quality matched price that would be fine however that is not the case. I ordered Tomato Soup and Grilled cheese that was $15.00 and the sandwich was barely toasted and barely had any cheese the Tomato Soup was good. I must add the staff at the Bistro are very nice and willing to help where they can .

Positive: Outstanding hotel. Had a top floor room, very quiet, bed super comfortable, hefty (good) blanket, kind front desk person, great location right outside Boston. Negative: No, everything was outstanding.
