Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue Austin

Ivy, Jake, Tishana, Irvin, Rishi, Avery, and Dimitri, all amazing people who made my stay incredible.||||Heyday was super fun to drink at, largely due to the bartenders and culinary people (shoutout to Irvin, Jose, Rishi, and Larry). I met a lot of fun guests from around the world up there, one of whom I became besties with and even flew to NY to visit following my stay here. ||||The globalist breakfast is excellent, and available until 2pm, which is unheard of. Perfect for non-morning people. ||||The Congress Suite is absolutely stunning, the studio suite is actually a standard sized hotel room with a beautiful bathtub, and everything below that are like mini-rooms, thankfully I didn’t stay in any of those. ||||Super dog friendly hotel, provided a bed, dog bowls, toys and treats. ||||Hous

Positive: Staff was amazing.. Negative: Room was a huge disappointment...Didn't think about reading fine print on Rooms sq.ft.Price is much to high for what u get.

My sister and I visited Austin for the weekend and we had a wonderful experience at this hotel! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Daisy, she was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It might sound random, but the shower was very relaxing. The water pressure and temperature were great, which is a hit or miss when traveling. The staff, including Sergio and Joanne were so sweet and accommodating. 10/10 will definitely be back!!!

It was our first time in Texas and our stay was absolutely amazing ! The front desk staff was absolutely amazing! We stayed for 3 nights and had such an amazing room! With the most beautiful view of the city. I wish the room Could’ve got colder at night but overall was great! The best part of our stay was Sergio! He was very friendly, always remembered us, and got us hot water every night for our tea, and even would ask us if he thought we were heading up. He made our check in very easy and made our stay very enjoyable. We loved the 8th floor bar and the server there was very nice and friendly. Wish the 31st floor bar pop us was open later so we could enjoy it late at night. Over great stay and experience wish the place wasn’t cashless so we can tip the staff. Would highly recommend.

Rooms are VERY SMALL. But well designed and clean. Good downtown location. Very new. Nice staff. Would have been nice to be upgraded to a better room with Hyatt Status. The food in the restaurant was great. And the drinks too.
