Hudson Motel

She first asked me to go check room and see if I wanted it. Which was weird, I was just trying to get me and my baby out of the cold, and that night it was freezing temperature. I have a 10 month old..other rooms were too high but one I liked were booked. It looked alright at first...the room. I payed 70 dollars. I get it immediately cut the heat on. Got my things out made sure my child was warm. As I'm looking around I noticed the floor looked like it was used, like people already been there. Cut the TV on the TV with 25 channels didnt work at all. So I pulled the top layer blankets back because I know they never change or wadh them. To my surprise I didnt expect blood to be under the blankets. The pillows were a dark pissy yellow color ...DISGUSTING. and there were long shreds of hai

The most horrible hotel ever rude man and his wife .lied bout room being cleaned and non smoking wouldn’t give my money back.I would definitely look at the rooms before paying but honestly would refuse to even come to this hotel ever again

If you don’t mind the roaches and a few others have at it…I will never ever and don’t advise anyone to patronize this hotel‼️ wash cloths and towels are nowhere near white and have stains all on them but yet they pass them out to the guests and get an attitude when you ask them to give you more cause these are dirty smh So for future Guests bring on the cleaning products cause you definitely gotta clean that room yourself before you touch anything.

I've been here a week for contract work through my company and if you're in South Boston and need a hotel to get some good sleep for you and your coworkers or employees then don't stay here. It's June in Virginia and it's hot. We walked in to the a/c not even working, no lights working above it or the ceiling fan and the stench of cigarette smoke is awful...in a non smoking room. They advertised a DVD player, there wasn't one. And the pillows are about as thick as two 100 page notebooks. We asked for more pillows so we could sleep better and we're told that they have no spares and that they couldn't afford to give us more...my company is paying them how could they not afford them? Anywho, location is good and there are security cameras everywhere so that's the only reason I gave it 2 stars

Ive never had to live in a hotel room before but we've had to do that here in South Boston! We've been here 2 months and I just wanted to let y'all know living in a hotel room is hard but everyone here at the Hudson has made it easier to feel like home and family! We have kids too. There is plenty of room for kids to play and privacy outside! The rooms are nice the service is amazing and for now this room is our home I truly appreciate all of you at the Hudson for all that you do! The cleaning lady even got my daughter a birthday present! Wish I could give 10 stars 🤩
