This hotel COULD be great. It's in a good location in an area with very few hotel options. However, this place is an absolute dump. The suite is advertised to have a sofa bed. It was only a chair with an ottoman. There was dog hair all over the carpet even though the hotel policy was no pets. There was mold, dirt, and a musty odor. I went back to the front office which was locked so I had to ring a doorbell for 10 minutes. I googled the hotel to call the desk and they wouldn't answer the phone. After 30 minutes of standing there he finally showed up. I told him I needed the sofa bed that was advertised and he said I would have to rent a roll away bed. I told him I couldn't stay because the room was too dirty. He said nothing else was available. He finally offered a refund. They should defi

Shouldn't even get a 1 star this is the worst hotel ever. There was black mold and bodly fluid stains everywhere as well as a broken ac unit and uncleaned rooms. They kicked me and my daughter out without a refund as its snowing and refused to give us another room. The exact words that came out the workers mouth was " get the hell out " and I was trying to get a different room. There was bug droppings everywhere absolutely disgusting. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Positive: If I could get this hotel all zeros I would. The hospitality was poor the rooms were unclean with roaches. Negative: The hospitality was poor and the front desk is deceitful. I would never recommend anyone staying here if they value cleanliness and their mental sanity. This is the worst hotel in all of Virginia.

This was the single most disturbing and disgusting hotel I have ever had the displeasure of landing in. It was so filthy the bottoms of my feet were black. My roommates bed had bedbugs. If there were any other hotels available we would have done so. The photos used in advertising this establishment are completely inaccurate.

This place is genuinely so bad. Stayed here out of an emergency. Start to finish horrible experience. We get our room and first thing we notice is it’s leftover food and drinks in the fridge from previous guests. It’s dreary and sketchy. Our tv had been disconnected from the chord entirely and when we told the owner I’m assuming he just offered us remotes. We tried them and we had to call him up there and then he actually saw what we were talking about. He called another person and they fixed it. When they tried cutting the lights on he noticed none of them but one came on and the chord of the lamp in the corner had been cut. He just laughed. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting.
