I looked for a budget hotel that we could sleep at, which was my only goal for this trip. If this is your goal, this is the perfect hotel for you. Rooms were clearly taken care of but showed signs of wear (chipped paint, fridge had duct tape on it, and the microwave plate didn't spin but was otherwise functional, the room itself was clean and the towels all perfectly white). The fridge was perfectly functional with a little freezer area on top. There is access to another microwave and a toaster where you can pick up a "light" breakfast (which realistically was a hot coffee, dry cereal, or an oatmeal packet). If you value cleanliness, safety, and honest customer service, avoid this hotel. We booked three nights here and left after the first because the conditions were completely unacceptable. The building reeked of mold, our room door didn’t lock securely, the air conditioning barely worked, and the room was filthy — grime and hair in the shower, half-used toiletries from the last guest, and furniture and carpet that looked decades old. The door frames were damaged, and my son woke up congested from the environment. I reported every single issue to the front desk the next morning. Instead of addressing them, I was told the owners/managers were “out of the country” and could not be contacted — even after I pressed for someone in charge. No attempt was made to fix anything or make the stay accep

Budget hotel so for what it was it was fine. Just know going in that the rooms will be small and dated. The carpet was brown and I didn’t walk in bare feet. The bathroom was clean and there were plenty of very clean towels. Breakfast was the bare minimum, Oatmeal packets, apples, cereal. There is a fabulous place across the street Desserts, Inc open 6am till 9pm. |This hotel is good place to save money for 1 or 2 nights but personally I wouldn’t do longer. |Check in person was very nice and helpful |Spotty Wi-Fi

Positive: It was in a good location for my needs. It had a good restaurant adjacent to it. Negative: It advertised free breakfast but that consisted only of cereal, with only two selections, both loaded with sugar. I would recommend they put a handicap bar in the shower. The room was small but adequate for one person.

Room wasnt bad for the price, couldn't check in early which was okay we went to the park first then checked in late. Fridge in room wasnt cold, bathroom was small but clean. Parking was terrible, we finally found a spot open up nowhere near our room but we managed tonget to our room before the snow got really bad.
