We love staying here, for visiting friends. It clean, newly updated and always very clean! The staff is friendly and accommodating. We wanted adjoining rooms and Viha worked hard to make it happen! It was a very nice stay!

Positive: The location was great. Negative: The breakfast was pretty cheap food. The fitness room treadmills are very unsafe. The one treadmill belt slips and I about fell. The other treadmill trips the power strip if you go over speed 8 for any amount of time. Very unsafe for guests.

I’d give this hotel one star—there was hot water and no pest issues, at least. However, the customer service and overall experience were unacceptable. Our stay was problematic from the moment we arrived. We couldn’t access our room despite multiple trips to the front desk for new keys. The lock never worked properly, forcing us to enter through the adjoining room instead. That connecting doorway was a safety hazard—the carpet had been removed, leaving exposed tack strips pointing upward. We covered the area with towels to prevent injury. The television was non-functional and required maintenance. The pillows were undersized, roughly half the dimensions of standard pillows. When we requested additional pillows, staff seemed reluctant to provide them, and the extras we eventually received

My wife and I stayed at this hotel recently and had to check out a day early after discovering bed bugs in our room. When we showed the manager (Peter) he immediately shot down our claim that they were infact bed bugs. I verified they were bed bugs and even have bites to prove it. Some of them were large and had blood around them on the sheets. The room smelled strongly of paint when we arrived and the window in the room was not secured shut so anyone could fall out from the second story. The breakfast was gross and was over all a bad experience. The manager is refusing to work with booking.com for our refund that he said we would receive in full. We also did not receive our $50 deposit from when we checked in originally. I absolutely do not recommend staying at this location unles

I stayed in Room 233. Check-in was smooth and the room was very comfortable. But the housekeeping service was very disappointing. They knocked on my door very early at 10 AM, and even after asking more than 5 times, I did not receive towels until the front desk finally brought one. Also, my cousin had left his wallet in his room after checkout, and when he went back, money was missing from it. When he asked the housekeeping staff, they didn’t understand English and instead kept saying “give tip, I will bring change.” This was a very bad experience and I request the management to look into the housekeeping staff immediately. The front desk did a good job, but housekeeping needs serious improvement.
