Howard Johnson by Wyndham Billings

I can't even say "you get what you pay for", because I reserved and prepaid for a suite with a pull out couch. What I got was key cards for a room that was already occupied, after waiting 30+ minutes (they needed to "clean" the room. Back to the front desk, given keys to a smaller room and offered a roll away (at no additional cost). Finally into our room, have to plug lights in and there's old food on the floor, behind the nightstand. Definitely not what was advertised

This motel is a terrific value for the price. We loved the water slide. (You need to pay an extra $5 per person to use it. That is fine and fair.) It was nice to see families enjoying the water slide and pool. We felt safe. We liked our room and beds.

The guy up front was super nice and friendly! The cleanliness of this place is disgusting! Hair all over the bathtub, dirt on the beds and caked on old chocolate on the bed skirt. I will never stay at this establishment again, I’d rather sleep in my car. Also, why don’t charge $5 to go down the slide in the pool? Who does that?!

Positive: Close to the Highway Negative: bag over the smoke detector, wall paint in the bathroom showing signs of water damage, no spare tp, no washcloth, no hand towel. Noticed the bugs when I left.

The rating on this hotel is not fair. Out of all the hotels in the area this was the best one. The service was the impeccable, the rooms are much larger and they actually have smart tv's . This place has a pool hot tubs and it actually has a slide, an actual pool slide that was a lot more fun than I thought it would be. This would be my first choice hands down.
