Hotel Weston Rockford Airport (RFD)

At first my stay was okay up until I've been here for over a week now house keeping has not came in my room but once. No one is ever at the front desk so waiting on toilet paper and towels is crazy. I've been buying my own toilet paper. I hate the night time because mice are constantly coming in and out of the room. I've been woken up by the mice chewing the bed. Just not very clean. I understand it's a cheap price for the hotel but come on it can be held together better. There's old mouse poop behind the bed.

Positive: Shower pressure was the only good thing about our room Negative: 1. No human presence2. No response to lacking toiletries 3. No coffee or liquids to purchase4. Ice machine with NO ice bucket/glasses5. Bugs6. Multiple hangups when making requests7. Patio security was substandard8. Front door deadbolt didn’t work

Best customer service and very clean and quiet hotel I’ve stayed at. They always make me feel welcome and comfortable. They are very patient with me when I need help. I will definitely stay here again.

People who work the desk and own the hotel are extremely kind and friendly as well as professional and last but not least rooms are clean with comfortable beds and everything included is working and as it should be. This is a budget diamond in the rough if you can drive here this is the nicest hotel in Rockford you will find and it has the equivalent of a 100$ a night hotel room. 5 stars

Had to check in with a kiosk with some random overseas agency via a kiosk in the lobby. The whole thing was sketchy. Looked like there was literally black mold all over the wall by the bed. Totally gross. No comforters on the bed. Get what you pay for, I guess The view out of our window was literally abandoned buildings and an abandoned parking lot.
