We had an awesome four-day stay at Hotel Van Zandt! We booked the Double Queen Spa Junior Suite and it was huge — plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax comfortably. From the moment we arrived, the experience was top notch. At check-in, we were greeted with margaritas and complimentary water, which was such a fun and welcoming touch. We grabbed coffee at Cafe 605, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We also had brunch at Geraldine’s while enjoying live music — the food was delicious and our server was fantastic! Checkout was just as smooth. The same lady who checked us in made sure everything was handled perfectly, reviewed our charges carefully, and confirmed our credits were applied correctly. We had an outstanding experience at Hotel Van Zandt. Our group stayed for four nights and hosted a large event there, and every detail exceeded expectations. The hotel itself is clean and beautiful, the conference spaces were perfect for our needs, the guest rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the food was excellent. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful, responsive, and committed to making sure our event ran seamlessly from start to finish. We’re so grateful for the care and professionalism the team showed and would absolutely host another event here again.

I had a fantastic experience with the valet service. Specifically Damian and Reese were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional from the moment I arrived. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was how helpful they were beyond just parking the car. They took the time to recommend some great local restaurants. It made my visit so much more enjoyable. Exceptional service all around — courteous, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. Highly recommend!

Positive: All the chandeliers.?we loved it. Negative: We didn?t get to eat breakfast there.?apparently they had something going on. So we had a choice at the bar or outside in the cold. I wanted to eat in them comfortable chairs. That?s the only thing I didn?t like.
