Hotel Solares

Been staying at this hotel for almost 6 months now, and the experience has been excellent. The hotel has been very accommodating to our needs, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Shahib at the front desk is especially welcoming and always willing to help in any way, along with the rest of the team. The rooms are consistently clean, and the housekeeping staff always have a great attitude. Overall, it’s been a great place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay.

Positive: The rooms are spacious and well laid out. We had a balcony with a view of the pool, very nice. Negative: This is not the hotel's fault, but the area around it isn't the greatest. It's not terrible, and it's improved over the last few years. But there are some street people/drug types in the surrounding blocks, so park your car in the hotel lot. It'll be safe

Great hotel, I've stayed here multiple times and it's consistently been good. We actually tried a different hotel nearby on this trip, and left that place early and came here instead because Hotel Solares was so much better. The rooms are nice and clean, the outdoor patios are great, and the staff are helpful. They also have 24 hour security on site, so felt much safer having my car in the parking lot. This place offers MUCH better value and better service than all of the other budget hotels in the area. Recommended.

Horrible experience. First had to pay extra 30.00 per room for early check in. Check in was at 3:00. We checked in at 1:30. And they asked for cash payment!.I had specifically asked for 2 pet friendly rooms on 1st floor cause there is an area for pets. Which at time of booking were available. Well they could only give us rooms on 3rd floor. The only person there that was not rude was the maintenence person. Manager, housekeeping were so rude. And I know with all the extra fees I paid an extra 200.00 on top of what already paid. All I know is they did not give a receipt for any cash payment they asked for.The best part of the hotel was pool area. Very clean as was the outside property.

After having a terrible experience at a near by motel, this hotel was absolutely amazing. The room was cleaned up so well. You could easily tell everything was cleaned, The bed sheets and towels smelled so fresh and of laundry detergent. I don’t drink coffee but i loved how they had a personal coffee maker in the room. It’s very spacious! the balcony view was beautiful. i would definitely come back.
