Hotel O Best Rest Inn Springfield US 36

Ok I don't normally post reviews. Especially, on a low end, last moment stay. It looks bad (expected), but no bed bugs (in my room). Vending machine was down so I had to buy i drink from the office. Which was fine until I was handed a coke that was spaying on me. Out of the side of the can. Then, was told I had to buy it anyways, because walmart would make me buy it. 😆 I didnt pay for it and made them replace it after a 10 minute agreement over it....

The room was dirty and the bed sheets had hair on them. The bathroom was the worse. I saw bugs crawling around in the shower. The toilet was nasty

We were short $20 for the day and the owner that we would have it the next morning when the bank opened he said that was fine my husband went to leave the next morning to go get the money that we owed for the day before and then enough money to pay for a week and he was a few minutes past 11 and the owner came to my room and told me I to exit the room without my belongings and give him the key until my husband is came back to pay. Mind you it was 90 degrees outside and I have health issues can't be out in the heat to long. Anyways my husband came back with the money to pay and the owner wouldn't even take our money told us we had to get our things out of the room and leave the property. What you expect, it's cheap and not raining on you... Or maybe it is and that's how you like it?... Either way, it's better than being outside where strangers stare in protest...cause god forbid you protest looking away. That about sums up my night with and without this place. Indecent exposure charges get expensive, way more expensive than a room here.... Js'ing 💯

This establishment doesn't have the best service. The people that own the place or kind of rude and don't care about how they treat you because they think everyone that comes in and out are probably on drugs. It's one of the cheapest hotels in Springfield because of that fact that the rooms aren't that nice or kind of ran down and old and need to be remodeled and it's just not what I would recommend to anyone come to Springfield to visit. But if you don't have much money and you have to stay at a cheaper Hotel this would wanted this is one of the places you would need to go
