Hotel Houston/Humble - IAH Airport / HWY 59

I was fooled by all the positive reviews for this motel. What a big mistake. I stayed here because it’s close to IAH airport. The non-smoking room I got stank like smoke. There were burn marks on the table, which also wasn't clean. At midnight the couple in the room beside mine started fighting. When they started banging on the wall, I asked the manager if I could have another room. He said he would call and tell them to stop. The woman left. The problem guy looked like he was on drugs and he started hanging out on the balcony outside my door talking loudly on his phone. By this time it was 2 AM. ||||I called the manager back. Again he said he would deal with it. Later the manager called and said the guy was not answering his room phone and he was uncomfortable going upstairs to talk to hi

Poorly maintained and I say that because the heater didn't work. Also, for the first hour i thought somebody was knocking at my door and walking away quickly because that's the way it sounded. It turned out to be the bay window which was losing one of its retaining seals and was flapping against the glass making a knocking sound all night long. The door also had no weather stripping letting in all the outside air. And lastly every single light in the room flickered and the water wasn't very hot in the shower. I will say the place was very quiet but that was the only positive.

There is DEFINITELY NO POOL. This picture should be changed. The bed in my room was very uncomfortable. But the employees I have with me didn't have any issues with their beds.

Clean inside and out. No roaches lol. Pretty quiet area lots of restaurants. You get what you pay for nothing fancy but does the job.

I gave a low service rating because I called the front desk every morning to ask him to send the house keeper back. I would leave the room by 9 and come back around 12 and my room has been skipped. There's no blow dryers, no irons, ironing board, no coffee pot, no breakfast and ice machine don't work. The things that I need for my room I have to go out and buy them including toilet paper. One of my phone was stolen out of my room after i left, I never made a police report though. I just want others to know what to expect before paying because they won't issue a refund.
