Hotel Deco

We had such an amazing stay at this hotel. We are from Omaha, but it was just a little getaway for my husband‘s birthday. Everything was clean and beautiful, but the best part was the staff they made us feel welcome. They made sure that we were having a good time and made sure we knew they were willing to help us in anyway we needed the valet attendant was amazing and made our trip really nice along with the front desk man however, I did not get their names. I really wish I did because they were excellent staff. We had an amazing time and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful interior with nice decorations that follows the Alice in wonderland theme. Rooms were reasonably priced with ability to walk to a ton of food and the wicked rabbit, definatly a highlight. Walls were thin but we had good neighbors so it wasn't a problem. Beds were super comfortable. Rainfall shower was a new exoerience. Staff was super helpful and great! Will be back! Road construction added an obstacle but it was easy to figure out, just read the pop up on the website

Stayed last night. Check-in at 4, arrived at 4:25. Told 5-10 minutes till our rooms were ready and to wait in the bar. The bar was so cold my wife had to put on gloves. 35 minutes later I went up to the counter, and watched them check in 6 other guests. Got our rooms, beautiful room, with broken heat. Room temp was 62. Went down and asked for this to be fixed, they didn’t. Told to see if it warms up for 10 minutes. It didn’t. Went downstairs was given another room. Gentleman was nice, tried to upgrade us for our troubles, and went to ask the GM if he could. Was told no, so we were downgraded to a lesser room. That room was 60 degrees, we went back down again, it was now 5:40 and we had an event that started at 6. We were given a 3rd room, after a different clerk, told us, maintenance sai

Positive: We love downtown Omaha and this location is great! Negative: The shower wasn't great. It was difficult to reach the handles to turn on water without getting wet and the shower functions were a little weird.

Came back to Omaha for sad reasons, i.e. a funeral. Had my wife and entire family. Deco is a beautiful place, and the night manager, Carlos, was extremely gracious to us and accommodating. ||The hotel, itself, is beyond Charming and an elegant walk back into time in downtown Omaha. Rooms are super spacious and well- appointed. Although not visiting with alot of time to spare, it is adjacent to the Old Market with vibey restaurants, bars and speakeasies. Recommend!
