Homewood Suites by Hilton TechRidge Parmer @ I-35

I was reserved a room for a conference, and it is such a great place to stay! Location is quiet and convenient to dining and entertainment. The amenities are spotless and well stocked. The layout of the room provided ample space for work and sleep with a dining table, coffee high table for laptops, and benches for dressing. The breakfast was healthy with variety. The staff were so very helpful. Shout out to Detrice! She was so welcoming and helpful! We will stay again!

Gorgeous hotel. Grand lobby with very high ceilings and large space. Rooms are like mini apts. Separate bedroom, living space, and full kitchen minus an oven. I was here 3.5 weeks so the kitchen helped. There is an HEB right across the street so I bought groceries and cooked most nights. Hotel was generally quiet even though it was full almost my entire time there. Plenty of amenities. I was able to do laundry on site. The laundry room has 2 washers and 2 dryers along with seating and a TV to pass the time. Reasons for 4 instead of 5 stars are that 1 elevator was not working the entire time, breakfast has great variety, but the hot items were never hot, barely warm, and the room didnt have a frying pan, just a pot which made cooking a little more difficult. Our second year at this hotel. We love the amenities, the cleanliness of the rooms and grounds, the private suites, and the location plus they serve great breakfast and the staff is friendly! Will continue to book at this hotel!

I can’t sleep much here. The hotel structure is bad because the person staying in the room on top of my room is walking around 11:30 pm and 5:30 am so loud. It is like a dinosaur. I hear the toilet flush, the shower Omg. I stay at many hotels throughout the year at least 10 different hotels in 2026 already. This is the worst room I have. The hotel lobby is very nice, the room is big but I wouldn’t stay here again unless I can get a room on the very top and actually can get a decent sleep.

My stay at the Homewood Suites in Tech Ridge was wonderful. Walking into the hotel you feel welcomed by the tasteful artwork throughout the hotel and the warm welcome from the staff. The room was clean and felt very comfortable with no noise coming in from the nearby highway. The location of the property was good with it feeling safe and quiet. I thought the breakfast was good with a decent variety of everything. Overall, I would highly recommend the hotel based off my experience and the fantastic value.
