I had an absolutely superb stay at Homewood Suites and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome — professional, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. The suite itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated the full kitchen setup, which made my stay feel more like home than a hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high-quality and well maintained. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast — fresh, plentiful, and with a great variety each morning. The evening social hours were also a wonderful touch, offering a relaxing way to unwind after a long day. The property was quiet, secure, and conveniently located

Disgusting room. There were stains on the sheets. Hair in the bathroom. No shower gel. There crumbs and food left from the previous people. Trash by the elevators, emergency phone in the elevators do not work not good for safety if you need help. Kim at the front desk is rude. Dirty walk in area. Not clean. They will not give you money back.

We reserved one of their conference rooms for our annual Kickoff meeting. The staff was very friendly, well organized and helpful! We especially appreciated the attentiveness of Michelle, Jordan and Janzsen! We will definitely use them for future events!!

I had the pleasure of staying at this location over the past week. I encountered Dariana and Cordelia. Both were a spectacular in customer service. Anything I needed Dariana was there to help me. I will be staying at this location again. The entire staff is great. Dewayne was so sweet. This is a cozy place not far from shops and the expressway.

I just completed my stay and had a very pleasant experience. I was checked in and out by Jordan. He had a very affectious smile and melodious laugh. He set a great first impression. The room was a tad bit worn and could use some minor repairs. There was nothing that really affected my stay so no biggie. If they paid a smidge more attention to upkeep/repairs, the room would be perfect. The facility was clean though and I felt very safe. I saw no bugs and had no issues using anything in my room. The tv allowed streaming from several apps and was on a mount that allowed viewing from multiple angles. The bed was very comfortable. The water was very hot and had good pressure. They use Zero % bath products which were fine. Not on the level of Byredo or Aesop used at other Hilton properties b
