Homewood Suites by Hilton Lynchburg

My stay was amazing! Staff were extremely nice and respectful. Rooms were comfortable and very spacious! Very clean! I’m a very observant person and I loved the fact that everybody that worked there were so happy and giggly with each other. I want to give a special thanks to Latoya Tucker (Executive Housekeeper) and Brian Cardwell (Breakfast) they were exceptional and very down to earth! Helped me and every way they could! I will definitely be back to stay here again!

We are a military family that travels a lot. Oftentimes, we meet that special person that makes a positive difference in the lives of others. Ms. Rachel, at Homewood Suites Lynchburg VA is that person!|Rachel was an outstanding hotel representative. She displayed a friendly demeanor at all times, great customer service skills, and was very helpful and knowledgeable in her role. |During a busy time at the desk with several guests, she took the time to acknowledge everyone, letting them know that she would be with them shortly. Sometimes just acknowledging someone carries a lot of weight! I forgot to retrieve my extra pillows (due to a back injury) that I requested during my reservation process, and she took the time to bring them to my room. |Who does that? I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The hotel is modern, well kept, and the suites are roomy and comfortable. The staff are excellent and make the stay all the better. They are friendly and professional. Brian Cardwell went above and beyond to make everyone around as comfortable as possible. He never failed to greet me by name and was always eager to offer a helpful hand. I look forward to staying here the next time I'm in Lynchburg.

The staff were incredibly welcoming (especially Brian), and the beautiful lobby made a great first impression. The parking lot was well lit and felt safe, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was very good and made busy tournament mornings easier. The rooms were breathtaking, with super comfortable beds and plenty of storage space, which is a huge plus when traveling with kids and hockey gear. The hotel is also dog friendly, which was an added bonus. This property is extremely kid and team friendly. They allowed our 12U and 14U teams to use a conference room, giving the kids a great place to burn energy, bond as a team, and prepare for games. That alone sets this hotel a
