Homewood Suites by Hilton Little Rock Downtown

Positive: Everything by far exceeded our expectations. From check in, to the Ultra Happy server in the Breakfast room. Her bubbly and happy disposition made it very difficult to be anything but in a good mood! Bed was very comfortable, great amenities. Negative: Couldn't find a fault!

Large clean rooms and comfortable public spaces, with a spacious courtyard and pool area. Breakfast was good with tacos available the morning I was there. ||Would love to stay there again whenever I’m in Little Rock but won’t because they billed me double for parking. Despite saying they would remove the second charge, they have not. Instead, they sent a new invoice for the same amount with a bunch of made up numbers (the guest room charge morphed into Misc Revenue Non-taxable).||I still like and recommend this hotel, but make sure you get a print out of your bill when you check out, check for extra charges, and make sure they get removed before you leave.

Great location for my meetings a couple of blocks away. Security is good with key access to the parking garage, lobby, elevators, and room. The only issue I had was my digital key didn't want to work the gate between the courtyard and the parking garage, but it was a short walk to the front door. The room was clean and adequate; good space and in room amenities.

First, I am a Hilton Diamond member, so I stay at a lot of their properties. This one, which looks good on the outside, has LOTS of deferred maintenance issues. The most glaring is that only one of the two elevators work. A frequent guest I spoke to - and a staff member also - confirmed that has been the case for a long time. The shades in our room had many pin holes in the window shade and I am sure it is original to the hotel when it was built ten years ago. Holes in the wall, stains on the carpet, etc. This place needs investment and upkeep. I would avoid and select a different hotel in Little Rock. We did and are spending our second night in the city somewhere else.

Great if you like dirty rooms and cockroaches! Checked into my room last night and was greeted by a wad of hair on the counter in the kitchenette, a shower door that apparently broke at some point and they never felt the need to replace, instead putting up an extension rod and shower curtain that does absolutely nothing to stop water from getting all over the floor. There are stains on virtually every fabric in this room, carpet is coming up, fridge was gross, random unidentifiable dried substances on several spots on the floor and counters that I dont want to know what they are. Apparently we don't care about maintenance, cleaning or even bothering to change blown lights. The cherry on top was having to kill a cockroach that was crawling around on the bathroom floor as soon as I woke up
