The experience here was incredibly positive for my family and me. At breakfast, Ana and Olga were very kind and attentive to our needs. At the front desk, Mancia helped us plan our day and suggested places to enjoy Texas to the fullest. In the evening, Daniel was also very helpful and friendly. The valet parking attendants were also very nice and helpful. In conclusion, everyone at the hotel provides excellent customer service, and I would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect because you can walk to many places.

My experience was one of the worst in this place, except in the rooms, everything was very clean and nice, I can't believe there are people as unpleasant as the kitchen staff (Martha). I went to breakfast and she came to greet me and introduced herself as a cook and demanded a tip and demanded that I mention her in my review of this place, I felt like vomiting when I saw her hands, she doesn't wear gloves and that's how she touches the food, how disgusting!! Her nails are black and full of dirt!!! Her shirt was dirty, it seems like she was walking, apart from her bad appearance, she began to speak badly of her general manager saying that her manager abuses her workers at work and that they should bring in another manager, I can't believe there are despots who speak badly of their manager,

I stayed for two nights and found that the hotel was excellent. It is within walking distance of many attractions. The breakfast was good. There was always coffee available. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. I enjoyed my stay very much and would stay here again.
