It's a new property so still nice & clean but no pool.|In all my travels, every hotel has always let me check in early. Not this one, not even just an hour early. On top of it, the front desk person was not helpful or exactly friendly.||Continued horrible service since we left. Once again in all my travels, I've never had a problem receiving my deposit back until now. Rather than refunding my full deposit to the cc used, this hotel split it to 2 amounts over 2 cards. When I pointed out that the bulk of the refund did not go to a card that belongs to me, their only resolution was that I needed to call Orbitz. Why? Orbitz isn't the one who took my money. Positive: Everything, I have no complaints. The room was so spacious, the kitchenette was a dream, I was able to cook a few dinners over my course of stay, bathroom is immaculate - loved the shower. And the TV allowed me to stream all my apps with no issue. Negative: N/A.

The staff is what makes this hotel so great! Not only do they always go above and beyond to help out with anything I need. They always do it with a smile! The rooms are clean and well equipped for extended stays. My go to 100%. I can be a bit forgetful, I’ve left a very expensive piece of equipment at the hotel, twice now. Both times I was shocked and pleased to find it waiting at the desk for me, once I figured out where I had left it. 🙄 All of the staff are A-1 in my book! 👍🏼👍🏼

The room itself was clean and its a new building. The customer service was poor. When I arrived to the location I was told I didn't have a room. Later on, after waiting an hour and a half I was told someone checked into my room and their staff informed me the person was using my credit card. They were able to put me in a different room and then claimed it was using their card. Absolutely horrible service as I’ve yet to hear back from the manager!!

We have been planning our honeymoon for the last year almost, we decided that we would make the Jay and Silent Bob Cruise Askew on NCL our trip. Due to the flight schedule vs our cruise, we wanted to be in town ahead of our trip and would need to be in town at the end of our trip for 2 days. However we only scheduled a day before and a day after. We decided to give the Hometowne Studios a shot based on other reviews across the internet. Sometimes throughout traveling, you learn not to expect too much from an extended stay hotel, so we came in with no expectations whatsoever. Which made this hotel that much more impressive!
