feel obligated to share our experience so others can make an informed decision before booking here. During our stay, we encountered multiple serious issues with the condition of the room and property. There were German roaches throughout the room, along with visible fecal matter around electrical outlets. The room did not have a smoke alarm installed, which is a major safety concern. The ceiling showed significant water damage, sections of the flooring were missing, and several cabinets were falling apart. Although we booked a non-smoking room, it strongly smelled of smoke and marijuana. In addition, one of the main staircases used to access the second floor was unstable and partially falling apart. We used that staircase multiple times, not realizing it was in such poor condition. These a

"This hotel is a nightmare. I found cockroaches in our room on the first night, crawling in the bathroom, on the walls, and even in the refrigerator. A quarter-size, waist-high peep hole in the shower. The manager offered no meaningful solution. This is an unacceptable level of filth and neglect for any hotel, especially one at this price point. I didn't stay here but I did look at a room here. This place looks nothing like the pictures. You could smell the place as soon as you got out of the car. It looks like it's a drug den. The rooms were ragged and in terrible shape. The room I looked at had paint spilled all over the floor. 1 star is the lowest you can pick.

This place needs to be condemned. I have never in my entire life seen anything as filthy, dangerous, and unsanitary. There was black mold everywhere. People outside literally partying on a Wednesday night until 4am. Weed smoke coming in from under the doors, a mattress that sagged in the middle, not ONE working outlet in the entire room, roaches crawling, but thank goodness no bed bugs. There wasn't even an option to make a complaint. They are only open from 11am to 7pm. I heard a man ask for a roll of toilet paper and they stated only one roll on Thursdays would be provided. I stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Johnson City in the past and it was so nice. I couldn't make it any clearer. Don't stay at this place.
