Colleen was excellent. Walking in the she was respectful and professional. She’s very encouraging to follow the process to get a hold of the third-party vendor and to explain the challenge I was having with a reservation. It was out of the location’s hands to be able to change a reservation from a third-party, which I was aware of, but was frustrated with the third-party vendor. She however, continued to encourage was supportive for everything that she could do and advise. Positive: A place to sleep Negative: It was not clean, the microwave was dirty, there was bags of beer cans left in a drawer, there was hair in the bathtub and on top of the covers of the bed that was black and curly, I have blonde hair. There was a cockroach clawing in the wall

⭐ Title: Roach Infested, Unprofessional, and Privacy Violations — Avoid This Place! I stayed at Hometown Studios and had one of the worst experiences ever. The room was infested with roaches. Almost Every night when I went to the bathroom, I had to kill them. Even inside the refrigerator, I saw roaches crawling on more than one occasion. I didn’t get a picture of the fridge before they replaced it, but it was filthy inside. The stove was greasy, rusty, and extremely dirty, and one of the burners didn’t work. I’ve attached two photos of the stove: one after I tried cleaning it myself (still filthy) and another after the staff cleaned it. It was still rusty and unacceptable. Would not advise anyone to stay at this location. The location is not well kept.||Had a reservation from 10/17-10/19 2025.||On 10/18 upon returning to the location, the key did not work to open the door. Visted the front desk and was told that the office checked out the room as the reservation ended. However, the parking pass obtained during check-in on 10-17 states 10/17-10/19.||When asked about the items from the room, was told there was no items in the room.||The front desk person contacted someone was there earlier, and went to a storage room to return with a bag of some of the items which they took from the room.||Other items are still missing.||The front desk representative (white) proceeds to racially profile by stating, "If you keep standing here and keep talking do you want to see

Stay far away from this hotel, they only look good from the outside. The room was disgusting, the refrigerator should have been thrown away years ago, it does not keep anything cold, there are holes in the floor, the room smells disgusting, the door barely locked, the key barley worked had to keep inserting the card a few times just for the door to open, the sheets has stains on them and also the comforter. I had to put my blankets on top just to sleep and yes there are bugs inside. And you might as well bring your own WIFI cause it’s definitely keeps going out/buffering constantly. I am not sure why they would give this type of room to someone no one should not even a dog should stay in that hotel, my child ended up being sick staying here.
