I felt very safe even late at night.

Positive: The house keeper was extremely helpful. Negative: This establishment is disgusting and as a mother with 3 toddlers not only was the room a nightmare, the bugs and roaches were literally in the beds and would climb on you. I will never stay here again and highly recommend you overlook this place as well

I reserved a room for a week. Once I checked in and got the room I was disgusted. the room was filthy. Shower-filthy, Bed was nasty. Fridge-filthy. Floor-filthy. I wasnt even in the room 10 mins and went back down to the office to cancel my reservation because I was not staying in that filthy mess. the young man told me that there was not a manager on duty and he would leave a note to get my money back the following day. So I called the next morning and spoke with the manager and she refused to refund my my money. She claims I did not give her the opportunity to accomodate me and have housekeeping clean the room up. Plus that I had signed a non-refundable form. That she was on property the day that I checked in. I told her that I was told there was no manager on duty, that I was lied to..

Had to switch rooms because the first room the fridge and air didn't work. I have seen cockroachs in my room, also I reserved an ADA room on the first floor, got a regular room all the way on the third floor and to make matters even more frustrating the elevator doesn't work on the first floor we had to walk to the second floor to operate the elevator. The only part of the entire week stay that has been pleasant is the facility has been very pleasant. Also there are no luggage carts we had to use a laundry cart. Wouldn't recommend bringing kids to stay here as there is a lot of drug activity and people sleeping on the stairs at night.

if I could give zero stars, I would... This was by far the worst extended stay/motel I have ever experienced. I was here for about a week and almost everything about my stay was unacceptable. Room issues from the start: The door barely opened—it took multiple tries every single time. Within hours of arriving, I saw cockroaches crawling on the walls, on the table, and later even in my bed and water bottle. The floor felt like it was caving in between the shower and toilet, which leaked constantly. The shower itself looked like someone had spilled red paint and smeared it around. Noise & safety: The contract claimed “quiet hours” after 8 PM, but this was never enforced. Guests were yelling after midnight, blasting loud music, and smoking weed and cigarettes throughout the night. Two women
