Absolutely truly enjoyed our stay here. The team was so accommodating and even though it was a quick weekend excursion with the fam from out of town it was great. Def recommend for anyone coming to the area!

Positive: The Staff was friendly and helpful. Negative: It was dirty, and the sheets and towels were stained. The sink was clogged with hair, and when it wouldn't drain, the hair of previous occupants would float back up. The mattress still had its original plastic cover from the time of purchase.

Honest review here came into town relocating for a new job was looking for the most affordable place until i could find something better i decided to book with this establishment 11/2-11/9 during my week stay there was a few concerning issues . 1. The amount of homelessness in the area is kind of alarming seems like they use this hotel as a hangout spot alot of drug activity as well . 2.cleanliness of hotel is almost non existent room was filthy stains on the sheets hairs stuck to shower walls and floors from previous tenant . Hallways wreak of cigarette smoke and overflowing trash is on every floor 3.there was small roaches in room and some other strange critter i don’t really know what it was but it came out the shower drain while i was there 4. This is deplorable! I was super exhausted when I arrived. Traveling for work. The remote to the tv didn’t work. Requested another and was required to program it myself. That should have been the first red flag I suppose, so just crashed. Then when I woke up in the middle of the night, prepared to shower>The pictures speak for themselves. When contacting the front desk I was advised she couldn’t extend any form of assistance or compensation for room’s condition! I had to wait until 9am to speak with Jan the manager! Seriously! My hair is red by the way. So the black hair in the sink-NOT MINE! Even with shower shoes I can’t use the shower! GROSS! Mildew and what looks like koolaid stains. The dead roach was discovered when I tried to turn on the tv manually! Just deplorable! Never again! And

If you're a family traveling though, if your credit score is above 720, if your education is above a bachelor's degree, if your car doesn't need major repairs, if you have changed your smoke alarms recently in your home, if you have only speeding/parking tickets on your record, - you do not l NOT belong here. This hotel is for people who don't care about any of the aforementioned factors. This is one of the worst hotels/motels I've ever stayed at. And while it's not one of the worst in Austin, it is still worth driving an extra mile or two and paying an extra 40 bucks for a much safer, cleaner, establishment. Surprisingly, the staff were really nice. But everything else is so trashy, literally and figuratively, that anyone who has any kind of self respect should choose to go somewhere else
