Filthy. Pour management. Maintenance is pathetic. Very dangerous living conditions.

I need to speak with the owners. I've been trying to move my RV for a month. I own it; I already bought a house, and it turns out they're living there. They won't let me move it. Please, could you give me a number to call? Today they told me I could go, but the woman in the office got really rude, yelling and insulting me.

Great place, great people, great rates. Awesome experience. Extremely pleasant, helpful, fair, and gracious owners. During my short stay they were very helpful, flexible, and extremely reasonable. Property seemed well maintained and safe with kids out playing as well as mostly friendly neighbors. I am incredibly thankful to the owners that I dealt directly with in being incredibly easy to deal with. I was treated fairly and professionally. The property manager was more than helpful and offered great orientation and information. I would definitely recommend and I will return.

Not worth your time. Called, left voicemails and texted for days and the manager finally got back to me by text message, saying she would call me back, but never did. No sense of customer service or respect for others time. The say they were the lowest monthly rate in town, but had the highest move in costs at $900, 300 first month, 300 deposit and 300 electric deposit. Lots did not look well kept and the area did not seem safe. I would not feel comfortable bringing kids here or walking around in the evening. Big thumbs down from me.

We lived here for 3 years and the security is great, regular background checks of new tenants, close to shopping, a bus line, the police are always on patrol in near by area, fire department is always fast, storms go around the area , lots of shade, nice neighbors that look out for each other, and cost effective living. I would highly recommend. Take some bad reviews with a grain of salt because many got kicked out for not being reliable, and they post the worst reviews. The owner watches things and the park has cameras and an in sight well maintained full service Laundry mat as well.
