Comfort Suites Hanes Mall

The front desk representatives were extremely pleasant and welcoming. The lobby was nice and clean, the rooms were very spacious and clean as well. The bathroom had a few dings and patch ups that could have been done a little better. I appreciated having a refrigerator and a microwave. Many hotels no longer offer both. The hallways were well maintained and the other staff members (maintenance, housekeeping and breakfast assistant) were all very kind. I felt very comfortable staying here. I just wish it wasn’t located and almost hidden behind the dilapidated Red Roof Inn. However, I would stay here again.

This stay was very reasonable. We needed a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed for our kids. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. The whole hotel smells good and clean. The staff were professional and welcoming. The hotel is an older hotel, so if you're looking for the latest fashion or amenities- this isn't it. We were very satisfied with the value of our stay. We had a 2nd floor view of the back wooded area and creek. It was very pretty. The breakfast area also opens up to this view. The breakfast was typical with a wide assortment and hot food, waffles etc. There is an Applebee's, and other restaurants nearby as well as quick access to town. We would definitely stay here again.

Great service, and the room was nice. It would been beneficial to have an extra blanket available. The TV was a little difficult to navigate on the controller. The Continental breakfast was fair but not great. But the server that was keeping it in order was excellent and very friendly.

Good overall. The Staff were not unfriendly but not friendly either. Hotel was clean, the rooms were clean and the beds were okay. The breakfast bar area was clean. The hot foods were greasy though.
