Hotel is clean. We have stayed here many times. Breakfast went downhill for a bit but lately is back to being good. We have a small beagle that is well house broken. There pet fee is reasonable. My only complaint is the landscaping area around the hotel to walk your pet is ant piles everywhere. Mgmt needs to have the grounds sprayed for ants. Just once or twice a year would help. The other hilton next door has a worse problem. When an ant hill covers an entire Bush in dirt. There an issue. I'm just critical of this. I am in the industry and the construction industry. But me and my dog did not have a an issue. We just avoided the pikes of ants. The rooms are clean and newer. The service staff is friendly. The night front desk attendant is a bit stern and does not smile. I have int

Positive: Hotel front desk was efficient, friendly and helpful checking in and out and with requests. Breakfast was amazing full of healthy selections and variety. The room felt clean. Rooms were quiet and plenty of parking. Negative: I am allergic to dogs, and this hotel does allow pets. Would have preferred a King sized bed, and mattress firmer.

It’s been a few days since I’ve checked out of the hotel, and I’m still recovering from the bug bites from this stay. As a frequent traveler (1-2 trips per month, 4 nights on average), I know what standard hotel service looks like, and this was by far the most unsanitary and disruptive experience I've ever had. I’ll do my best to keep this clear (as I sit here still itchy): ||||Check-In: Monday September 8, 2025: ||- Room # 1: no security latch ||- Room # 2: Visible stains on carpet (photos attached) ||- Room # 3: Recently “renovated”, but missing basics like toilet paper, hangers and a chair. Stayed the weekend after Christmas. Arrived to our room and it wasn’t even clean. There was pet hair all over the comforter. I asked to change rooms and they were super accommodating. Around 4 a.m., we woke up to a rotten egg smell and immediately had to leave. No discounts were applied, which I’m not asking for. The stay was relatively cheap. Customer service was great when bringing up the pet hair. The stay was not so great.

Traveling back home to Florida and stopped to stay the night. After checking in and going to our room we found pubic hair all throughout the room from the shower to the bathroom floor and in both beds. Didn’t look like the room had been cleaned because we even found a dental pick on the floor next to the vanity. I went back downstairs and asked to move rooms and the lady working the desk seemed extremely annoyed. She gave us another room but not much better. The room smelled like a wet dog. If you’re looking for a clean place to stay don’t stay here.
