Twice we dined on the Veranda and thought it would be great to stay here during our last heat wave from the city.||The food was very good; the staff was very friendly minus one bartender who made me feel invisible and did not wait on me.||The pool was very refreshing, although I would feel safer if there was key access and staff monitoring onsite. I reported a man who wore a hat and sunglasses and was staring at me at length. They have everything on tape, so I felt good that they went back and looked at the image of the man to make sure if he was a guest or not.||It is a very good location, and you will be happier if you stay on the first floor if you do not want to continually climb the stairs.||All in all, it was a very good experience. To be honest, we were a little skeptical about booking here after seeing some of the older, negative reviews. I’m so glad we decided to give it a chance because it was absolutely worth the money. You can tell the hotel has been recently remodeled; everything looks and feels brand new. The rooms were clean and modern, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The location is also super convenient—it sits right on the main street, and having the bus stand right outside made getting around incredibly easy. The highlight for us was definitely the breakfast. There were so many amazing options to choose from! If you're on the fence, definitely go for it. This place is a hidden gem now.

Our experience unfortunately was cut very short because it was hhorrible. We had booked for 2 nights and were excited about it. The weather was cold but we were gonna make the best off it, so we thought. So imagine we get there, watching game having dinner, relaxing. Come to find out neither the heater nor i shower is working.By this time it 11pm. By the time time we get moved to different room its 1230. And 10 minutes into the new room... all sorts of noises are going off in new room. We had a very bad experience and a whole night of no rest. We communicated to staff and they kept having to wait to take turns to see who would fix problem. We still haven't heard from manager. At the very least a resolution would have been nice. Meanwhile we're out money and vacation time.

Only the west end of the building has any kind of a view. Hilton had only recently acquired to property to convert to a Home2Suites, and it had only been open for about 5 weeks at the time of our stay. They were still working out some of the technology kinks with the room keys, both the app Digiatal Key and the physical key cards. Rooms are spacious.

Overall, my stay was okay, but unfortunately it wasn’t as enjoyable as I had hoped it would be. There were several small but important details that were missing, and those details really make a difference when staying at a hotel. Cleanliness was also an issue during my stay, which made me feel uncomfortable at times and took away from the experience. One of the biggest concerns was with housekeeping. Housekeeping walked into my room (twice) while I was sleeping and, instead of immediately stepping out once they realized someone was inside, they stayed. That situation felt invasive and unprofessional, and it definitely disrupted my rest. Privacy is something guests should never have to worry about, and this was disappointing.
