Really nice place with a lot of commodities. Safe area with many food places nearby. Breakfast is great if you’re not picky, and also have others options 24/7 like coffee, hot chocolate and free cookies. They have a warm pool inside for when it’s cold. Very clean and nice lobby if you have to do work or eat in peace. The staff is very attentive. In my case, I stayed with my soccer team and the hotel manager came to us apologizing that they could’ve prepared better. This tells you they care about details, as the food might not be enough or things like that. The only thing I would change is the pillows from the rooms, as they are a little too small and skinny. The rooms are also clean and have a lot of space.

Not great. They don't care. I was put in a room that was likely supposed to be put out of service, heat and apparently the dishwasher were not working. Staff offered to move, however, declined as it was too late at night when it was discovered and checking out in 12 hours. Got woken up by maintenance at the door to fix the room at 8:50 am. Maintenance insisted they come in to fix. Then they called the room on the phone to discuss! I paid for a place to SLEEP. I needed to sleep in. I was fine with the room as is, didn't request anything else, but FIX THINGS WHEN PEOPLE AREN'T IN THE ROOM! I was woken up, so not dressed/ready for someone to be in the room! I've called the hotel and left an internal review, yet no one calls me back to explain this.

I dont recommend staying at this hotel. Ive stayed numerous when I travel for business and usually keep to myself. Most recently I stayed here and the service was horrible. On numerous occasions hotel staff would just walk in the room unannouced and then when hey realized that someone was in the room the would leave without any explanation. I could under stand if it was for cleaning but they never came by to clean the room. I checked out right before Thanksgiving to travel home. After my flight landed I realized I had left a small bag with my car keys in it at the hotel. Called the front desk and described the lost item and told them what room I was in. Rooms were very nice only complaint is that the shower pressure is pretty bad but everything else is top the staff is extremely kind and often would keep breakfast open after closing to accommodate for guests. Any problems we had were promptly fixed with the staff 0 issues in that sense at all. The location is what it is, kansas is a absolute ghost town but the hotel does its best, next to many restaurants and some malls, so i would say for being in kansas it doesnt gwt much better. The only other thing i could rlly complain about would be to maybe raise the temperature of the indoor pool

Not for people with a toddler. NO WORKING HIGH CHAIRS OR YOUTH CHAIRS. Fine rooms, poor breakfast. High chairs were dangerous. One was filthy, with very thick dried goo covering the seat. The other was clean, but useless. Mis-matched high chair trays. Fell off, endangering the child. Very frustrating for everyone as the baby could not eat. Staff ignored the problem. Complained, but they did nothing. Also, labeled high sugar cereals as “healthiest”. No low sugar whole grain choices. Bacon and sausage were good. Poor coffee.
