Drury Inn & Suites Kansas City Overland Park

Amazing staff and incredibly comfortable rooms, with the usual fantastic amenities. Breakfast attendants were so friendly, professional, and efficient. Front desk was absolutely lovely, especially Brad, who checked us in and kept everything running smooth on a busy Saturday night so his team could handle the chaos of a high turnover weekend. The staff are so kind to guests AND to each other. They all spoke so positively about their team, which is a lovely and rare thing in hospitality. Lovely location, fantastic for families or single travelers, highly recommend if you're traveling with family or kids. Best sleep I've ever had in a hotel.

We had a wonderful experience at Drury Inn. The staff were. Friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel is clean with pleasant decor. We especially enjoyed the various rooms to hand out in located on the lobby floor. I went down and drank coffee and caught up on my emails etc. one evening and it was very relaxing.||The rooms are clean, smell fresh, have ample room, with a tub and shower option. We especially appreciated the mattresses and bed pillows that were extremely comfortable. We also liked that the sink and vanity was outside of the bathroom alowing us, as a family, to be efficient with getting ready in the a.m. and before retiring to bed.||I highly recommend Drury Inn with no hesitation!

Our stay at Drury Inn was amazing! The check in process was so easy. Stephanie greeted me with a smile, friendly words, and explained everything thoroughly! During our stay, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The delicious breakfast was hot and the breakfast staff greeted us each morning and came to clear our dishes as soon as we were finished. They were kind and welcoming, engaging in conversations with guests. Every single staff member (housekeeping, front desk, and food service) greeted us with a smile and “Good morning! Have a great day!” This doesn’t happen at other hotels, and we noticed the difference. Thank you so much for the great hospitality. We will definitely be back!

Positive: All the staff was nice and extra helpful. Hotel employee at breakfast. She was so friendly, cheerful and always helping out. Front desk staff were also very nice and helpful. Negative: This isn?t a complaint, but I wish there had been a fireplace downstairs in the room where there was a sectional and chairs for visiting. It would be nice on those cold days.

If you are ever lucky enough to visit with Stephanie, the manger, you will be blessed! She makes the time away from home that much easier! Always a smile, so welcoming, and remembers your name after one stay. They all do, really!! They Even surprised me with a sweet gesture for my birthday! Great hotel and amazing service!
