I had such an amazing stay! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was quick and easy, and everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and happy to help. The room completely exceeded my expectations — spotless, beautifully set up, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was perfect, the linens felt luxurious, and everything worked exactly as it should. You can tell they really pay attention to the details. The amenities were fantastic, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy my trip. It honestly turned out even better than I hoped for. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free, and enjoyable experience!

My husband and I are Hilton Diamond members, and stay at Hilton properties exclusively when available. We have come to expect good service and a polite front desk, we got neither at the Home2Suites in Mount Pleasant, Charleston.|The shower gel in the shower was empty. I had to shower with shampoo. There was no lotion in the room either. I asked the maid for shower gel and she told me that the hotel was out of shower gel. I went to the front desk to verify this and indicated that I was displeased with having had to shower with shampoo. Apparently, they did have this product and it was replaced in my room. I was given two small tubes of lotion and was told that Home2Suites is not mandated to supply lotion like the other Hilton properties we have stayed at.|I then asked for water and w

Positive: Location & cleanliness. Negative: Room was too cold when we arrived and thermostat was not cooperative trying to change temp - no instructions and our attempts to change not successful. Breakfast was lacking. No English breakfast tea & I asked lady that was working breakfast area. .

Had a really great stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Mt. Pleasant Charleston. The hotel was super clean, comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and well kept. Everything felt fresh and welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful the whole time, and you could tell the place is well run. I even had a quick interaction with the General Manager, who was very approachable and clearly takes pride in how things are handled there. Would definitely stay here again!

Wasn't as nice as other Home2Suites I've stayed at. The bed was good. The room clean. Breakfast was ok but not special or outstanding. It was convenient. Rooms could use some updating In decor and bathrooms. The shower stall door would not close. Needs some general upgrading.
