I have been coming to this hotel almost every month for work and I keep returning because the facilities are always in great condition. However, the staff here are absolutely fantastic. Shanna is one of the best. I have seen her month after month checking guests in, helping in any way she can. She’s always busy: assisting guests, restocking the coffee station or helping other hotel staff. The good attitude and the willingness to help is greatly appreciated but she goes above and beyond to make everyone’s stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel rooms are clean and the parking is ample and free. I use the gym regularly and the equipment is clean and in good condition. I love this home2suites, I will keep coming back.

Service from check in to checkout was excellent. King suite was clean, quiet, and roomy. Breakfast was excellent! French toast, waffles, scrambled eggs eggs, sausage / plant based sausage etc was all excellent . Shanna , the breakfast hostess was very pleasant, friendly, and went out of her way to greet us and everyone else and make sure we had what we needed for breakfast

Straight bliss! From easy check-in with warm welcome smiles, clean workout and pool area, the cloud floating nights sleep, to the top-notch breakfast buffet. My girls and husband had no complaints. In fact, they all wanted to stay longer. Wish we could have, but I know, hands down, where we will be staying again next time we're in town.

I came here with a coworker on a business trip so I was willing to spend a little extra for the comfort but I wish I hadn't. I booked a room with two queens but when I arrived they told me the only room available had 1 king bed only. They declined to make any accommodations including refunding me for the difference in cost or find a partner Hilton with availability. They did provide a rollaway bed, but I was disappointed that they didn't help us set it up at all. The room was clean but much smaller than it appeared in pictures online. The pool was fine but had zero clean towels. Breakfast was lacking in hot food and fresh fruit. Would not go again- you'd likely have a better experience at a cheaper hotel.

Yes it was convenient for what needed to accomplish. Shanna was friendly and helpful sharing information since we had to wash clothes and the washing machines were broken. The housekeeping staff were efficient and quick completing their job. The front desk staff courteous and professional.
