Positive: The girl at the front desk. She was extremely nice and tried to make my stay comfortable. The absolute worst part was the owner. When I voiced my concerns he didn't care. He told me he owned 3 other hotels in the same city with many complaints. Negative: The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The shower was not safe for stone like me. The room was not cleaned properly. It had spider webs and there was a few flies.

The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and pleasant. The location was convenient to the event in which we attended. The Continental breakfast was okay. However, the room was gross. Upon entering the first time and just looking at it, we thought it was okay. The sheets did look clean, but the mattress cover underneath the sheets was stained. My son stayed with me, so he was going to sleep on the pullout sofa. Upon removing the cushions from the little sofa, the cushions were stained bad on the other side. When we started to pull out the fold up mattress, there was what looked like blood stains and it smelled like pee. Plus, there was a dirty sock and other papers underneath the sofa. Positive: The staff is great; the location is great. Negative: The bathroom was not clean; there were "buggers" all over the bathroom walls, the tub was rusted and dirty; the heat did not work at all, but the worse was the bathroom dirty walls.

Staff was rude. Housekeeping (cleanliness) was not so good to begin with. Oh, but God forbid you take a few minutes extra to bring your key-card to the front office past 11am...

The room was dirty, the bed look like someone just got out of them , stains on sheet hairs in bed, hairs all over the tubs, tubs dirty, towels dirty! But nothing more nastier than the front desk lady attitude!! She claim we didn’t pay for the next day . We showed her receipts and she didn’t even apologize for her mistake ! Terrible customer service and over priced ! Save you money and your time !
