Good location and service for the price. Lots of food options nearby, and with the buses you can get around pretty easily. Breakfast options aren't many, but they're tasty. Sometimes they run out of items like milk/cream cheese and take a few days to restock. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. From what the other reviews say, rooms seem to be very hit or miss. In my experience, it was fine. Room was sufficiently clean and I had no issues with the heating/cooling of the room/water. Worthy to note that room cleaning is done once every two days. There is no personal safe inside the room. Also, the walls don't block off noise very well... Wifi could be slightly faster. Kitchen was lackluster. Some of the utensils were dirty/rusty.

First, our room was fine. Spacious and clean. Shower was good. Bed comfortable for one night. I do hate the pillows from most hotels. Hotel staff very friendly and attentive. Now breakfast…not up to par. I agree you need to ask for milk and the yogurt machine was down (their order had not been delivered yet). Eggs basically have no taste. Bacon super greasy, hamburger buns or a bagel/toast (stale). Coffee has a bitter after taste. I’ve been to other home 2 suites and they were much better. I’d probably go out for food next time if I stayed here.

I checked in late- around 11:00pm, as a Diamond member. I was told they didn’t have any water to give me. Ok. That’s fine. But then I go to the room and it’s been half cleaned. The toilet hasn’t been flushed, blankets are missing, there’s trash in the drawers, and even someone’s dinner receipt and cash change left on the counter! So I immediately think I’m in the wrong room- except the tv says welcome with my name. But I’m exhausted after traveling and had to be up early to go to Shands hospital. The bed is not comfortable. The ac on the wall kept erroring out. So I went to the floor unit and was able to override it, although it never really cooled in the room. Then breakfast- what a joke. They were out of everything- no I didn’t go late, they just didn’t have any items in stock. No creame

When we arrived the lady couldn't check us in, all their systems were down. After about an hour another man showed up & checked us in within a few minutes. After getting to room we discovered someone else's clothes in the room & a bag of chips made into our bed. Very noisy all night banging in hallway. All of the shampoo & body wash in shower are empty. When I asked housekeeping lady to refill she adamantly kept repeating No, no, no over & over again. Pretty strange hotel experience overall. Stay elsewhere.
