I stayed at this location for 2 weeks and it was great. There is breakfast in the morning, a small gym, and laundry on site. At this time laundry is 2.00 to wash and 2.00 to dry. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Rooms are really good as well. Really enjoyed the stay here.

Outstanding front desk staff made for an enjoyable stay. Jewel was on the front desk when we checked in and all three nights, small requests were taken care of immediately and she checked with me while there just to make sure everything was ok. Hotel was clean, but I am not a fan of every other day cleaning, so remember to hang your towels up or you will not have one for night 2. Breakfast was excellent, the only thing we needed was 6AM on Saturday & Sunday as we needed to be at the State fair in the mornings so breakfast was grab and go.

Our vehicle—and at least four others—were broken into during our stay. The break-ins seemed shockingly easy, even though we parked under the lights and cameras in the front. Based on how everything happened, it felt like someone connected to the hotel may have been involved. We’ve called every day since, but the manager is never available, and we’ve been told repeatedly that they will “call us back,” which has never happened. The lack of accountability and concern is unbelievable.

This was a nice hotel. I had a suite so it was like a small apartment. Well furnished and clean. Reasonable in cost. Located near stores and restaurants.

On 1 November, using the Hilton Honors app, I booked a room for 5 December for a King bed suite. When I checked in using the app, I selected the only available room. When I arrived, the placed me in the only available room which only had 2 fullsize beds in it. They also informed me that if the had had a King available, it would have cost nearly double the price I had reserved it for. So even as a Hilton Honor member, I did not get what I reserved over a month in advance. I feel this hotel is dishonest and put profits over customer care.
