Not in a great location. In a pretty seedy part of Dallas, right next to motel 6. Also when we checked in, the front desk told us that they wouldn’t accept our debit card, but it ended up going through. Also had to pay $10 for self-parking. The room was fine.

Stayed here for almost a month and really enjoyed my stay. I will say it is not the safest part of town, but the hotel takes their own precautions when it comes to safety as far as cameras in the parking lot and locking the front door and the only access into the hotel is with your room key or having the receptionist let you in. Gabby at the Front knew me by name and always made sure to say hi to me when I walked in, she’s very accommodating and was always able to answer any question I had. I was not a fan of having to pay for parking every day considering I was staying for so long due to work. The rooms are very clean and the housekeepers do a great job tidying up the room every other day and even washed my dishes every time I would dirty them. I do enjoy going to the gym, but was a littl

Check in was great and easy. We checked in on 12/5 in the evening and the young woman let us in promptly and was kind. The room is clean enough, though the bathroom needs new caulking around the shower.|Downhill from there. The shower lacks water pressure, but that is pretty common in hotels.|2.|The breakfast was not full and had very few choices. No hot water at 9-11:30 am. Husband went out to get something from the car and his arms were full and had his room key in his hand to show the lady at the desk. She looked right at him and saw his card and still didn't open the front door. It was 1030am. Not night time and my husband certainly doesn't look like a vagrant. Kindness is free. Open the door. Everything at my stay here went wrong. After driving 2.5 hours to get there, we couldn’t check in for a couple hours because their system was down. We were so tired and ready to lay down and it was cold outside that night smh. They charge $10 per day for parking (in a regular parking lot) Our sheets and blankets smelled absolutely awful! We also had ants all over our room. The breakfast was not good 👎🏾👎🏾 I do not recommend and will never come back.

Check in process was quick and minimal fuss. Same with check out, deposit instantly returned.Decent gym and pool. Spacious apartment.House keeping on call everyday if required.Personal highlight was breakfast all you can eat buffet.Close enough to main places but may need to use ubers/lyfts. Overall very good experience and would return.
