Home2 Suites by Hilton Charlotte I-77 Tyvola Rd

Stayed 1 night. Room was decent, clean. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We booked a room right away and were instantly able to visit our room, no waiting. Definitely a good room for a night or two.

I love staying at the Home2suites specially the Lawrenceville & Charlotte airport locations but not this one. My booking here was a last minute decision, I couldn't get a reservation somewhere else (Easter sunday).It's one of the dirtiest hotels. I don't know why the Hilton Company allows this establishment to carry their name.(see pictures). Hallway carpet was very dark dirty. Walls peeling off.. Room had a moisture smell to it. A/C unit dirty. Cabinet outdated. Rusty knobbs and hinges . Ice machine so dusty. Fingerprints all over the kitchen equipment . Floor tiles dirty: dark grout . Hair in the shower. The smell of the "smok" ing in the hallway . Breakfast service horrible: waited for coffee for 10min when I asked the front desk agent she started complaining about other people not doin

Clean hotel with a comfortable bed! Stayed one night with our dogs. Was impressed with how clean our room was. Plenty of towels, staff was very friendly. Would return if back in the area.

The new management is trying to persuade people to give them a 4 star review by offer extra Hilton points. I appreciate that it takes time to make improvements and theyvseem to be on coarse to get there. I would question the integrity of a 4 star rating. The rooms are comfortable. The air unit on the wall doesn't work but you can set the temperature on the ac at the window. Breakfast was disappointing. The pool is not heated. Staff wasn't overly friendly but they weren't rude.

MONTEE was an absolute gem!! Long story short, we booked the wrong day at a different hotel and when we got there at 130am Sunday, it was booked. So we drove around only to find out all the hotels were booked due to the Panthers playing on Sunday (they beat the Dolphins!). We get to Home2Suites at 330am and it was the same as everywhere else, No rooms available. We told MONTEE what happened and he sprung into action and found us a room to stay. So what that it didn’t have a light in the bathroom, it was about to be daylight anyways😂. He went above and beyond and we appreciate the tenacity and determination and just genuine concern to help us! We love you MONTEE! Sincerely, the 411 Girls
